As you are aware, the company has invested in iPads and other electronic devices, including charging cables and blocks, to enhance productivity across our operations. However, it has come to our attention that several of the charging accessories compatible with iPads, iPhones, and other Apple products, frequently go missing.
This presents a challenge, as devices are often returned with flat batteries, making it difficult to use them effectively. Over the past several months, the company has had to purchase multiple replacement charging cables and blocks. While this may seem like a small expense, it is still an unnecessary and avoidable cost.
All equipment provided by the company, regardless of size or value, is considered company property. The taking or misplacement of such items directly impacts the efficiency of our work. Please note that the theft of company property will result in disciplinary action.
We ask everyone to ensure that all company-owned charging cables and blocks remain with the corresponding devices and are returned promptly after use.
